Earlier this week, we spent the day at the Hayesville High School Career Fair, giving students a real look at what it takes to keep communities connected.
Andy Gibson, Joe Phillips, and Brian Morehouse were on site, breaking down the world of fiber – how it’s built, why it matters, and the career paths that make it all possible. From hands-on splicing demos to conversations about engineering, construction, and locating, these students showed up curious, hungry to learn, and ready to ask the right questions.
Events like this matter. They spark interest, open doors, and help the next generation see their place in this industry. And trust us… after yesterday, the future looks pretty strong.
We’ve got this and so will they.
