Steve Roark has been promoted to President of our Locating Division

Steve has played a central role in strengthening the division’s operational foundation by building strong teams, implementing consistent processes, and maintaining a clear focus on safety, quality, and customer execution. In his new role, Steve will be responsible for the overall performance and strategic direction of the Locating Division, working closely with senior leadership and the Board of Directors to drive operational excellence and continued growth.

 

Steve brings more than 32 years of experience in utility installation and underground marking to this role. He has served in the Marine Corps Reserves and has been a respected leader and representative within the underground utility locating industry throughout his career. Steve also dedicated 12 years of service on the Virginia State Corporation Commission Advisory Committee, contributing his expertise and helping shape industry standards and practices.
