WHEN THE STORM HITS, THEY ANSWER THE CALL

As communities prepare for the impact of severe weather, our thoughts and prayers are with the countless lineworkers, utility crews, and emergency responders staged and ready to answer the call.

Their work is demanding, dangerous, and essential. We pray for their safety, strength, and a safe return home to the families waiting for them.

To our communities, please remember:

• Stay clear of downed power lines. Always assume they are energized.

• Give utility crews and emergency vehicles plenty of room to work.

• Follow local emergency guidance and never drive through flooded roadways.

• Be patient. Restoring critical infrastructure safely takes time.

To everyone preparing to head into the storm and those waiting at home, we’re thinking of you and our prayers are with you.

Stay safe. Look out for one another. And may every crew member make it home.
