Please join us in congratulating Mike Scales on his well-deserved promotion to Director of Damage Prevention!

Since joining S&N in October 2023, Mike has demonstrated what it means to lead by example.

Whether he’s working alongside his team, stepping in to overcome challenges, or finding ways to help others succeed, his leadership is built on accountability, commitment, and a team-first mentality.

Mike understands that strong leadership isn’t about standing above the team. It’s about standing beside them, removing obstacles, and creating opportunities for everyone to succeed.

Mike, your dedication, leadership, and commitment to those around you have not gone unnoticed. We’re proud to recognize this next chapter in your career and look forward to the continued impact you’ll make in your new role.

Congratulations, Mike! Well earned!
