Big projects are never just about technology. They’re about people.
Over five weeks, our IT teams took on a company-wide initiative that touched every device and transitioned accounts for more than 500 employees across our footprint and completed it on schedule.
State by state, teams worked directly with supervisors and managers to provide training, navigate the transition, and make sure employees had the support they needed. When challenges came up, they found solutions. When extra help was needed, they stepped in. And they kept moving until the job was done.
We’re especially proud to recognize Trey Wiles, Dylan Carrier and Fatima Hydara for the travel, long hours and professionalism they brought to every stage of this effort. They stepped outside their comfort zones, took on whatever was needed, and demonstrated tremendous dedication and growth along the way.
We also recognize Kevin Flaherty, Jon Webb, Mikel Jackson and Brian Mosser for going above and beyond – meeting teams at operations offices and working side by side with IT to keep the rollout moving forward.
And this effort was strengthened by the experience and support of our Infrastructure IT team: James Gregory, Amy Falkenstein and Nathan Barnett. Their willingness to step in, share their expertise and provide support whenever it was needed played an important role in bringing this project across the finish line.
Behind all of them were supervisors, managers and leaders across the company who adjusted already demanding schedules, supported their teams and embraced the process.
500+ employees. Multiple states. Five weeks. One team.
Technology may have been the project.
People made it happen.
To everyone who had a hand in this effort, Thank you for the teamwork, flexibility and can-do attitude that continue to make our company stronger.
Some of the most important work we do happens behind the scenes.
Today, we’re putting the people behind it front and center.
