In 2022, Chessa took time out of her busy schedule as a licensed electrician to attend her first Girl Power event. The following year, while attending the 2023 event, S&N Infrastructure noticed how engaged Chessa was in both learning and supporting the program. Her dedication and passion led to her being invited to join the S&N Infrastructure family as a Site Superintendent.
Since then, Chessa has played a key role in supporting S&N at various events, including the VMDAEC Girl Power in Palmyra and the growing Girl Power programs hosted at Caldwell Community College and Nash Community College in North Carolina. She continues to bring her knowledge, education, and wisdom to inspire the young women who attend these events.
