Inspiring the Next Generation of Leaders
On Thursday, March 19th, Brian Morehouse, Director of Marketing at S&N Infrastructure, had the opportunity to speak with the Honors Program at the Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Brian shared the story behind S&N Infrastructure, how it was built from the ground up, the challenges faced along the way, and how strong leadership and vision have helped shape the company into what it is today.
The focus of the discussion: Entrepreneurship and leadership in today’s world. From taking risks and embracing change to building a culture rooted in trust and accountability, students gained real-world insight into what it takes to lead and succeed.
One message stood out loud and clear: “We’ve Got This.”
That mindset continues to drive S&N forward, and it’s the same mindset we hope to inspire in the next generation of leaders.
