
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Samantha “Sam” J. Solomon-Lorincz from Data Reporting Analyst to Claims Manager for S&N.
Since joining the company nearly two years ago, Sam has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence through process improvement, communication, analytics, and organization. In her new role, she will oversee client-related damages and manage third-party reconciliation efforts within the department while continuing to help streamline claims operations and improve overall efficiency.
Sam brings a diverse professional background in data analysis, project management, marketing operations, employee training, and client relations. Her ability to identify workflow improvements and implement organized, effective solutions has made a lasting impact on both team performance and day-to-day operations.
Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing PC games and spending time outdoors on nature walks with her husband, Walter, and their dog, Nala.
