IT Help Desk Technician
We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, tech savvy individual to work with from our Louisa VA office location.
A few responsibilities include:
- Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance on a variety of issues and devices, hardware, or software.
- Onboarding and Offboarding of equipment and accounts.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems quickly while prioritizing when needed and escalating when appropriate.
- Install, upgrade, and/or repair hardware and software on workstations and mobile devices.
- Asset management and tracking throughout different offices.
