The Human Resources Manager is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to an organization’s personnel. Their duties include developing recruitment strategies, implementing systems for managing staff benefits, and on-boarding new employees. This position is responsible for administering pre-employment background checks and drug screening, random drug and alcohol screening, maintaining employment records, monitoring benefit selections, FMLA, COBRA, Disability, and meeting state and federal reporting requirements.
