This week is Women in Construction Week. We would like to highlight two of our Directors, Joy Yount (Left) and Tracie Deane (Right). Their skillsets and leadership are invaluable to our team and the company’s continued success. Pictured here, they are climbing utility poles for Girl Power Day in Palmyra, VA. They spent the day volunteering to speak to young women coming out of high school to consider a career in the industry. They showcased their individual and collective accomplishments, along with discussing day to day tasks and responsibilities to the young women. We appreciate you Joy and Tracie along with all the other women that make our team a cut above the rest!
