The heat has officially settled in, and many of the communities we serve are under heat advisories

While many people are able to stay inside, thousands of utility professionals, construction crews, technicians, locators, operators, mechanics, and support teams continue doing the work that keeps our communities powered, connected, and moving forward.

 

If you’re working outdoors this week, remember to:

• Stay hydrated throughout the day.

• Wear appropriate sun protection.

• Take breaks when you need them.

• Look out for your teammates.

 

No deadline is more important than making sure everyone goes home safely.
