As S&N continues to expand, our Compliance & Safety team has been growing right alongside our operations, strengthening the foundation that allows our people to work safely, our teams to perform consistently and our company to scale responsibly.

 

Under the leadership of Frank Smith, Vice President of Compliance, the department has continued to raise the bar through initiatives including a comprehensive 31-point Quality Audit Program, expanded utility locator training, additional safety leadership, improved damage tracking and new technology designed to provide stronger operational insight.

 

But for Frank, compliance has never been about checking boxes.
