Getting the main task done isn’t the same as being finished

There are details to address. Areas to restore. Equipment to secure. Work to verify. A site to leave behind.

 

None of them may be the most visible part of the job.

It still matters.

 

Because follow-through is part of the work – from the first task to the last one.

 

Finished means finished.
