Nathan Barnett, Lead IT Help Desk Technician, is the person so many across S&N Infrastructure rely on every day. Whether it’s troubleshooting a technical issue, helping someone get back online, or patiently walking a teammate through a solution step by step, Nathan approaches every challenge with professionalism, patience, and a genuine desire to help.
Recently, when a coworker found themselves frustrated with a technical issue, Nathan didn’t simply point them toward instructions and call it a day. He stayed on the phone, worked through the problem together, and made sure they felt confident before ending the call.
That’s the kind of teammate Nathan is.
